Following feedback from our customers we set out to simplify the ordering process further by giving people more choice. Complete a ‘one-time purchase’ or subscribe to a purchase plan and we take care of things for you until you say otherwise.

Here are some further FAQ’s around our new service:

How do I subscribe?

Simply add the products do your basket as you normally would.  Once you have added all the products you would like to purchase visit your cart and select the frequency you would like the items ordered.

Are my payment details secure?

We do not store your card details.  Transactions are securely handled by Opayo by Elevon.  In accordance with your chosen subscription frequency the new order calls against the previous order I.D and completes the payment using the details held by Elevon.

I’ve moved, can I change my delivery address?

Absolutely, simply head on over to the ‘My Account’ area and select ‘Addresses’.  Here you can amend the shipping address of your order.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time.   Head on over to the ‘My Account’ area and select ‘My Subscription’, from here you can cancel your subscription at a click of a button.

How do I amend my payment details?

There are two ways to amend your payment details . . . the first is only available for some customers / orders due to certain payment providers etc.

Option 1

  • Go to My Account > View Subscription page.
  • Click the Change Payment button.
  • Enter the new payment details on the Checkout page.
  • (Optional): Click the Update the payment method used for all of my current subscriptions checkbox to update all subscriptions.
  • Submit the Checkout form and return to the My Account > View Subscription page.

Option 2

Simply cancel the existing subscription and create a new order with the alternative payment details.

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes, head on over to the ‘My Account’ area and select ‘My Subscription’, from here you can cancel the subscription at a click of a button.  When you are ready to resume again simply select ‘Reactivate’

Can I change my payment details?

Sure . . . head on over to the ‘My Account’ area and select ‘My Subscription’, from here select ‘Change payment’ to amend the card you.

Can I have more than one subscription at a time?

Absolutely, and they can all be managed separately.  This is great if you have several dogs and perhaps want to use our ‘Kennel Safe’ cleaner too.  Simply set up as many subscriptions as you like, all with different frequencies and manage them together within your ‘My Account’ area.
